Shipping policy

We offer FREE shipping on all orders for delivery within Australia. Orders are typically processed within 1- 3 business days and shipping times may vary depending on the destination.

All deliveries are made through Australia Post, please allow 12-20 business days from the date of shipment within Australia and 24-36 business days internationally.  

International orders require a signature upon delivery, if you are not home during delivery your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office, where it is stored for 10 days before being returned to us. It is the customers responsibility to monitor their provided tracking information to ensure that their parcel can be signed for upon delivery or collected from the post office during that 10 day period. If the parcel is left uncollected it will be returned to the sender and the customer will be required to pay a second shipping fee to have their order re-shipped.

Please be advised that due to the current circumstances Australia Post has limited flights, resulting in a delivery delay for orders placed outside of Australia. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We take the upmost care to ensure that both prints and originals arrive in perfect condition, while being mindful of minimising our waste, however, on the rare occasion that your order arrives damaged, please contact me at shanejvr@outlook.com
