Refund policy

Shane Fine Art manages returns and processes refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Using the Purchase Services to buy the Product directly through the Website, you agree that it is your responsibility to read the Product description fully including artwork dimensions, before making a commitment to buy the Product and you agree to the Purchase Price listed on the Website for the Product.

Change of mind is not a valid reason for returns and refunds.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your purchase with a valid reason for return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full on the condition the goods arrive undamaged. Refunds will be processed promptly, and Refunds made by Shane Fine Art are for the cost of the returned product only. Shipping costs and any merchant fees associated with credit card or other electronic payments are excluded from any refund offered.

For goods and services purchased from a third-party e-store, refer to the Returns and Refunds conditions of the third party as displayed or otherwise on their website.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Regarding damaged items, please take photos of the item as received in it's damaged packaging before opening it and then take photos of the damaged item with the packaging removed. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
